1Delivery charges
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value, and no surcharge by weight, size or PIN code. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
Brass is heavy, and a 24-inch door handle is not a cheap parcel to move. We carry that cost rather than adding it at checkout, because a delivery charge that appears only on the last screen is the thing that makes people abandon a basket.
2Where we deliver
Across India, to any address a courier will serve — homes, shops, sites and warehouses.
We do not ship outside India from this site at present. For an export enquiry, write to info@vtrustheight.com and we will answer directly.
3How long it takes
Orders are usually picked and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. After that the journey depends on distance:
- Uttar Pradesh and neighbouring states — commonly 2–4 business days after despatch.
- Metros and major cities — commonly 3–6 business days.
- Remote, hill and island PIN codes — 7–10 business days, sometimes longer.
These are what couriers typically achieve, not promises. Weather, strikes, festivals and local restrictions all move them, and no seller can control any of it. Where an order is delayed materially beyond these ranges, you may cancel it and be refunded in full.
4Tracking your parcel
You are emailed when the order is despatched, with the courier and the tracking number. The same details sit against the order under Your Orders.
Tracking can take a few hours to start showing movement after despatch — the number is issued when the label is printed, not when the parcel is scanned.
5Receiving the parcel
Anyone at the address can accept the delivery. Please check the outer packaging before you sign.
If the box is crushed, wet, opened or the tape is broken, refuse the delivery or photograph it before opening, and tell us within 48 hours. That photograph is what lets us raise a claim with the courier — without it, transit damage is very hard to prove and the claim window closes.
Missed deliveries are normally re-attempted. After repeated failed attempts a courier returns the parcel to us; we will contact you to re-send it or refund you.
6Orders that arrive in parts
A large or mixed order may travel in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days. Each despatch is emailed separately with its own tracking. If one parcel arrives and another has not within a few days, tell us rather than assuming something is missing — it is usually still moving.
7Bulk, trade and project orders
Quantity orders may ship by surface freight or transporter rather than parcel courier, and timelines are agreed in the quotation. For site deliveries tell us the access — a lorry that cannot reach the gate is the commonest cause of a failed bulk delivery. Ask for a quote and we will confirm the arrangement before despatch.
8If something goes wrong
Damaged, wrong or missing items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy — replacement or full refund, with V-Trust paying the return shipping either way.
