Products
- Is V-Trust hardware solid brass?
- Yes. Every V-Trust piece starts as solid brass and is cast, shaped, polished and quality-checked by hand — not a hollow shortcut.
- Why does the finish vary between pieces?
- Brass is cast and hand-finished, so colour, grain and antique patina differ slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs. That is the nature of the material rather than a fault. If a difference is beyond normal variation, treat it as a defect and tell us.
- How do I choose the right size?
- Every listing gives its dimensions, and handles are sold in several lengths on the same page — pick the size and the price and stock update with it. Measure your door before ordering; a fitted handle cannot be returned.
Ordering
- Do you sell to individual customers as well as businesses?
- Yes. V-Trust serves both retail customers and distributors or dealers, with tiered pricing available for registered business accounts.
- What payment options are available?
- Cash on Delivery and online payment are both available at checkout.
- Can I cancel after ordering?
- Yes, free of charge at any time before the order is despatched. Once it is with the courier you can refuse it at the door or return it — either way at our cost.
Delivery
- What does delivery cost?
- Nothing. Delivery is free on every order anywhere in India, with no minimum order value.
- How long will my order take?
- Orders usually leave us within 1–2 business days. After that, commonly 2–4 days within Uttar Pradesh and neighbouring states, 3–6 days to major cities, and up to 10 for remote PIN codes.
Returns
- What is your return policy?
- Ten days from delivery, and V-Trust pays the return shipping — including if you simply changed your mind. Items must be unused and uninstalled; anything damaged, defective or wrong is taken back regardless.
- My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
- Photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. You can have a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. The photograph is what lets us claim against the courier.
Trade
- How can I become a distributor or dealer?
- Apply through the Become a Partner page. Applications are reviewed individually, and approved partners get tiered pricing and early access to new models.
- Can I get a price for a large quantity?
- Yes — use Request a Quote with the items and quantities you need. Quoted rates and any agreed terms take precedence over the standard pages.
